Large outdoor parking/boat spaces available in Richmond Hill (Stouffville Rd & 404) area. Payment for half a year or more required upon vehicle placement on property, which is occupied 24hrs. Monthly rates for pickup and drop-off once per month are as follows:
Small cars – $75/month (sedans)
Medium cars – $85/month (7-seater vans, SUVs, pickups, and trailers of similar size)
Large cars – $120/month (trucks up to 24 feet, school buses)
Extra-large cars – $200/month (trailers over 24 feet, tour coaches, boats, etc.)
An additional $10/month will be charged for frequent pick-ups and drop-offs. If rented short-term, the base rate will be added to as follows:
1-3 months: current rate + $15/month (e.g. for small cars, $75 + $15 = $90)
4-5 months: current rate + $10/month (e.g. for small cars, $75 + $10 = $85)
